When does the clock start?
Target: seven business days after both the deposit and all project materials are received. Client delays are tracked separately. The exact start is confirmed in your accepted proposal.
What needs a separate quote?
Ecommerce, visitor accounts, complex CRM or booking, card collection, sensitive-data intake, and ad management. We do not guarantee leads or search rankings. Additional work requires a written quote and your acceptance.
What about domain and hosting costs?
Your domain stays yours. Hosting, domain registration, and third-party services are agreed separately before any costs are incurred.

Confirm the services, pages, business facts, and materials. Accept the proposal and pay the deposit once everything is ready.

Make it work.
Build the pages. Check links and forms, mobile layouts, and keyboard access.
- 03 / REVIEW
Work through the details.
Use two consolidated revision rounds. Accept the specific preview version before the final invoice.
- 04 / HANDOFF
Get it out there.
After confirmed final payment, launch the agreed version and hand over source files and agreed rights.
OPTIONAL, AFTER LAUNCH
When the website
needs a little upkeep.
Site and form monitoring, technical fixes, hosting maintenance, and up to 2 small content requests totaling 30 minutes per month.
Buy the website without support if you prefer. Larger changes need a separate quote. Cancellation and any refund follow the accepted agreement; cancellation stops future support invoices.
