Refunds and Cancellations

Cancelling a website project

You can cancel by emailing [email protected]. We stop new work as soon as we receive your request and send you a statement of what has been paid and what has been completed.

What is refunded

• Before work has started: the deposit is refunded in full.
• After work has started: we keep the value of the milestones already completed (brief, design, build) according to the milestone allocation in your proposal, and refund the rest.
• If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered work.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the statement. Card processing fees are not deducted from refunds.

Website Care subscription

Website Care is month to month. Cancel at any time by email; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at [email protected] — most questions are resolved within a few business days. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under applicable law.
