THE BASICS OF WORKING TOGETHER
Last updated: September 28, 2026
These terms apply to the website design services offered by Morrowspan LLC, a Colorado limited liability company, 3481 Yule Trail Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80524, [email protected], (980) 737-0800.
Every project begins with a written proposal that states the scope, price, taxes, deliverables and schedule. Work starts when you accept the proposal and the deposit is received. The accepted proposal, together with these terms, our Refunds and Cancellations policy and our Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement. Nothing on this website is a contract or a payment request by itself.
The standard offer is a website with up to five primary pages, responsive layout, copy written from your brief, your own or properly licensed images, a contact form, a click-to-call link, basic metadata and sitemap, connection to your domain and two consolidated rounds of revisions. Price: $1,500 before applicable taxes, paid as a $750 deposit on acceptance and $750 after you approve the preview, before launch. Target delivery is seven business days after we have both the deposit and all your materials. Optional Website Care is $149 per month, covers up to two small requests (about 30 minutes) per month, and can be bought separately or not at all.
Online stores, visitor accounts, booking or CRM systems, card collection, collection of sensitive data, advertising management, and any guarantee of leads, sales or search rankings. Additional work is quoted separately and starts only after you accept the new quote.
You confirm that the business facts, contact details and claims on your site are accurate, that you have the right to use the materials you give us, and that you name one person who reviews and approves. We do not invent testimonials, credentials, past projects or results.
A revision round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed brief. When you approve the preview, the balance becomes due; the site goes live after we receive it.
Invoices are issued through Intuit QuickBooks and can be paid by card or bank transfer. We never ask for card or bank credentials by email, phone or on this site. No late fees or collection charges are added automatically.
After final payment you own the website, its content and the source files, except for third-party items (fonts, stock images, open-source components) which remain under their own licenses. Until final payment the work remains ours.
Website Care is billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period and no further charges are made.
Each party's total liability under an agreement is limited to the amounts paid by the client under that agreement. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, such as fraud or wilful misconduct.
These terms and each proposal are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes not resolved by good-faith discussion go to the state courts located in Larimer County, Colorado.
Notices are sent to [email protected] or to the postal address above, and to the contact named in your proposal.
We may update these terms for future projects. Changes never apply to an accepted proposal without your written agreement.
