This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party widgets. The project planner runs entirely in your browser: the brief you fill in is turned into a text file that downloads to your device and is not sent to us. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection data such as IP address and request logs for security and to deliver the site.
If you email, call or text us, we receive the information you provide: your name, contact details, your business name and what you tell us about your project. Phone calls and text messages to (980) 737-0800 are handled by our telephone service provider (Twilio); we may keep notes and summaries of calls to follow up on your request. We use this information only to answer you, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, to deliver the service and issue invoices.
When you engage us, we process the business information, materials and content you give us for your website, plus billing details needed to invoice you. Invoices and payments are handled by Intuit (QuickBooks Payments); we never see or store your full card or bank account numbers. Client files are kept for the duration of the project and the period stated in your agreement.
We share information only with providers we need to run the business, under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS and email routing), Twilio (telephone and text messages), Resend (transactional email delivery), Intuit (invoicing and payments). We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Inquiry information is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact and then deleted, unless it becomes part of a client agreement or we must keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to [email protected]. We will answer within 10 business days.
We use encrypted connections (TLS) for this site and for our email and payment providers, and we limit access to client information to the people who need it to do the work.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
